Darren Sherrard serves as the Associate Director for Recruitment Marketing for the Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration.

In this position he provides oversight of national recruiting events, national television, print and online media, promotional materials and the recruitment marketing site, www.VAcareers.va.gov, Facebook/VAcareers and Twitter/VAcareers. Serving as Program Manager and Contracting Officer Representative, his primary role is to attract quality prospects to VHA by demonstrating the benefits of a Career serving veterans at VA.

Each of the three #truCollegeRecruiter events are aimed at corporate recruiters and other talent acquisition leaders who are involved in the hiring of college and university students and recent graduates as well as complementary technology developers and vendors.
