Minneapolis, MN – [October 31, 2013] – CollegeRecruiter.com, the leading niche job board for college students searching for internships and recent graduates hunting for entry-level jobs and other career opportunities, is pleased to announce that Peter Fragale of CenterLight Health System will lead a discussion track on Team Building through Employee Trust, Comfort and Engagement at #truCollegeRecruiter New York City and that tickets are now available at www.truCollegeRecruiter.com for our fourth, fifth, and sixth recruiting events for hiring managers, recruiters, and other human resource leaders.

Peter Fragale

Peter Fragale, Sr. V.P./Chief Human Resources Officer at CenterLight Health System

Peter Fragale is currently leading a five star HR team in a strategic HR shared service business model, which includes an accelerated talent acquisition process, combining both upgraded technology and improved onboarding and customer service; continued development of a high potential leadership program and implementation of a succession planning process; development of compensation position matrix and compensation philosophy; and implementing an HR call center that will allow for employees to quickly and easily find answers about all their HR matters. The monitoring and tracking system for this program will allow for them to be more strategic and less tactical, which is a key component to their shared service model.

Each of the three #truCollegeRecruiter events are aimed at corporate recruiters and other talent acquisition leaders who are involved in the hiring of college and university students and recent graduates as well as complementary technology developers and vendors. The events will allow attendees in the college relations space to meet and network in an informal environment with today’s most innovative thought leaders.
