Ted Daywalt, CEO & President at VetJobs

Since 1999 Mr. Daywalt has been the CEO & president of VetJobs (www.vetjobs.com), the leading military job board on the Internet, sponsored by the VFW and endorsed by many veteran service organizations.

Mr. Daywalt was active duty Navy for 7 years, serving as a Line Officer on a destroyer with cruises to South America, Europe and Russia, then assigned to CINCUSNAVEUR in London, England, as an Intelligence Officer. In 1978 he transferred to the Naval Reserve Intelligence Program, retiring as a Captain (O-6) with 28 years of service.

Following his active Naval service, he entered private industry in 1980 as a plant manager in the steel industry and has held management and C-level positions in the steel, electric utility, chemical, biomedical waste and recruiting industries.

Each of the three #truCollegeRecruiter events are aimed at corporate recruiters and other talent acquisition leaders who are involved in the hiring of college and university students and recent graduates as well as complementary technology developers and vendors. The events will allow attendees in the college relations space to meet and network in an informal environment with today’s most innovative thought leaders.
