While companies may like to promote their values, doing so may not help them recruit entry level job candidates and other job seekers.  Get tips on what can in the following post.

In a recent UK survey, 77 percent of retail employees admitted they were not engaged with their company’s brand values. I’m convinced the remaining 23 percent were lying.
