§   Skills Gap Continues to Widen – The ‘dual job’ market trend will continue to persist in 2013, with companies increasingly focusing on specialization as the skills gap continues to widen.

§   Employers Tailor Packages to Address Generational Needs – As the workforce continues to diversify, companies will need to take a customized approach to hiring and retention, tailoring packages to address the unique needs and values of each generational group.
