Getting along with the boss is a good idea, not only for job security, but because it makes the day to day routine at work flow more smoothly for both you and your boss. Following are some tips to apply to your work day to gain your boss’s respect.
Anticipate the Workload. Anticipating the workload that you and your boss will have for the day can help you better plan your time and schedule. Coming to work 15 to 30 minutes earlier, can give you a head start on organizing your workload. Depending on the type of work you do, you may really be helping out your boss if you get the legwork done on a few projects.
