Attitude is number 1
I heard something very wise today: People see your attitude first.
They see it and judge it before they care about your gender, your color, your accent, what you have on or even what you have to say. So lead with an energetic, positive and constructive attitude and you’ll be known as someone who is a pleasure to work with who gets stuff done.
Simple advice. Not always easy to pull off. But I promise it will pay!
