What type of compensation would compel you to accept a job offer?

All depends on the type of job and what the company is requiring for a job description. I would be compelled to a job if benefits started immediately and the pay was over 50,000 a year to start. They would have to guarantee the contract for a minimum of 5 years or a permanent position if the position was permanent, then they would have to guarantee me 90 days notice before a furlough or release.
