VETERINARIAN RESUME COVER LETTERS
All veterinarian resume cover letters should include the applicants’ educational background, such as training and a college degree from a university, as well as experience working in an animal shelter or hospital. Vets treat sick and injured animals in the clinic or hospital. They also prevent problems by giving vaccinations, checking teeth, and doing regular health check-ups. Therefore, a veterinarian resume cover letter should mention all of the above, as shown in the following letter.

Dear Dr. Anderson:
I saw your ad on CareerJimmy.com for two veterinarians to assist you in your private practice. I am interested in applying for one of these positions and that is the purpose for this resume cover letter.
I graduated from Universal City Veterinary School in June 2003 and have worked part-time since then in a vet office near my home. Now I am relocating to your city and would like to begin full-time employment.
I’m proud to be called to this profession and look forward to working as a committed veterinarian. It would be great to get started in your clinic under your supervision. May we meet in person to become acquainted and to see if we’re a good match?
Please call me at 222-222-2222 anytime of the day to arrange an appointment that best fits your schedule.
Sincerely,
Jack Jobseeker
