Minneapolis, Minnesota, November 3, 2003 – More college and university students and recent graduates who are actively seeking work expect to find their next job through good, old fashioned networking than through any other method, according to the results of a poll released today by CollegeRecruiter.com, an online job listing service for students and recent graduates with zero to three years of experience.

• 26 percent expect to find their next job through networking with family or friend

• 19 percent expect to find their next job through newspaper classifieds
• 12 percent expect to find their next job through the web site of the employer
• 7 percent expect to find their next job through referrals from a current employee
• 12 percent expect to find their next job through some other means
