Prioritization and communication: Must possess superb interpersonal skills in order to effectively communicate with staff, management and employees in the store.  

Organization: Must be able to effectively organize staff to ensure back of house functions as a strong team supporting the sales process. 

Interpersonal: Excellent interpersonal skills required to ensure clear communication with all management and staff. Consistently show a positive attitude & take responsibility for own actions

Computer: Advanced knowledge of POS System and basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
