Make an Impact with Your Good Ideas as You Support Innovative Products

Build a Career Home at Fast-Growing Division of Global Industry Leader

Solid shipping & receiving experience, strong leadership skills and a hands-on approach. If this describes you, consider bringing your career to Boral. Here's why:
  • You will have a degree of latitude in improving processes and establishing best practices, allowing you to make an impact in short order.
  • You'll enjoy a safety-first culture and a commitment to zero harm -- we have an outstanding safety record.
  • While experience as a supervisor is preferred, this could be a chance for a strong lead (in supply chain, shipping & receiving and/or material handling) to step up to the next level.
  • We are growing strong, and that growth will create opportunities for strong performers.
  • We offer the "best of both worlds:" the entrepreneurial energy of a high-velocity division and the stability and resources of Boral Limited, our $3.5 billion international parent corporation.
To meet the basic qualification for this role, you will have legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship. In addition, to be a good fit for the Production Manager opportunity, you will have:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in shipping or materials management.
  • 2+ years of supervisory experience is strongly preferred.
  • A clean safety/accident record.
  • Experience with an ERP system, preferably SAP.
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement experience is a plus.
