A luxury retail and jewelry company in Beverly Hills is hiring a contract E-Commerce Customer Serice Manager. As the Customer Service Manager, you will be assisting with e-commerce orders, maintaining high levels of customer service, compiling reports, and monitoring the progress of employees. The Customer Service Manager will also ensure proper protocol, track issues, and communicate the product and how it works effectively.


The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience working in customer service. Management experience is preferred and experience in E-Commerce is required. Ideal software experience includes Shopify, Google Suite and Dropbox. Hours are 9-6PM with some flexibility, there will be little to no overtime. Pay is based on experience, up to $80k. This is a contract role for about 1 month with potential to extend to contract-to-hire for the right candidate.
