$33 - $36 Per Hour (DOE)
+ $2 Hour (Sat, Sun) Day Differential
+ $3 Hour Eve/NOC (Fri, Sat, Sun) Differential
+ $250 Completion Bonus (1 shift every weekend for 1 month)
JOB SUMMARY:
As a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) partnering with Radiant you will administer medications to residents in accordance with federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Travel to contracted locations and work assigned shifts
* Follow contracted locations policies and procedures
* Administer medications as ordered by the plan of care for each resident
* Supervise residents who self-administer medication while following community and regulatory guidelines
* Seek licensed staff assistance as needed and with PRN medications
* Assure medications are given to the right person, in the right manner at the right time.
* Chart all appropriate documentation
* Provide residents with routine daily nursing care and services
* Maintain patient confidentiality
* As a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) you will work with nurse supervisor to monitor any changes in condition
* Communicate both orally and written with staff, residents, family members, etc.
* Foster a supportive, compassionate environment for our residents and their families
* Adheres to the policies and procedures of the facility
* Other duties as assigned:

* Active CNA License with proof of Certified Medication Aide (CMA) program enrollment
