What you'll do:
Processes of PO & Non-PO invoices/ credits including exception management– in line with SLA’s (service level agreements)
Handling queries via Sysaid and Invoice management mailboxes providing timely resolution
Ensuring compliance with company controls, policies and procedures
Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders for all markets
Manage escalated and unresolved issues through calls or meeting with suppliers and stakeholders
Other Accounts Payable work as required including, supplier reconciliations, KPI reports etc.
What you'll bring:
Experience within an Accounts Payable environment would be beneficial, however this isn’t essential
Great record of providing excellent service to customers with effective communication and interpersonal skills
Basic/intermediate excel knowledge required and good IT skills
Excellent attention to detail
Experience of dealing with changing demands and priorities
Adaptive, flexible and proactive
