Job Description

We are currently looking to fill an Account Executive position with a company in Tulsa, OK.

Hours: 8a-5p; Overtime may be required

Pay: $50,000-$60,000 Salary + Commissions

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

This position is primarily responsible for prospecting, lead development, and sales calls directly to prospective and/or existing industrial customers. The role is ideal for someone with an outgoing personality, strong communication skills, customer-centric mindset, who is looking to grow and take on more responsibilities in the future.

  • Create and execute an annual sales and business development plan
  • Build rapport with customers by probing for needs and recommending appropriate industrial equipment solutions.
  • Collaborate with Management, generate leads, follow up, generate proposals, forecast sales volume, and close every possible opportunity.
  • Organize direct sales calls individually and with manufacturer Sales Manager.
  • Develop and execute a multi-year sales action plan.
  • Provide Input and Manage the CRM tool.
  • Develop presentations for in-person and virtual sales.

  • Detailed and organized individual with capacity to think strategically and prioritize sales activities.
  • Excellent verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel). CAD is a plus.
  • Ability to listen well, ask insightful questions, and capture relevant decision-making data
  • Well organized and effective when multi-tasking
  • Successful industrial sales track record in material handling or related industry
