About the Function
The Supply Financial Controlling and Analysis team is a truly global and diversified department. We are contributing through the end-to-end Supply Chain from the consumer to the supplier. We are playing a big part in making our brands as we source, distill, brew, pack, and ship.
About the Role
It is the role of the Europe COGS FP&A Lead Analyst to work closely with the market finance teams and various non-finance stakeholders to deliver breakthrough understanding and analysis on the COGS of a key European markets.
The goal is to get to the bottom of the drivers of financial performance, applying a brand and market lens. You will be working together with a key European market as well as the supply organisation, gathering and collating information and turning it into valuable insight to help your partners understand their COGS. In addition to having complete understanding of the actuals, it’s also a key requirement to look at COGS in a proactive way – you will need to deliver robust forecasts.
It’s very important in this role to be able to build rock solid business partnering relationships. Your main partners will include operational leaders as well as market finance leadership. You will work on the annual planning and monthly closing and forecasting activities, but above all, your role is to ensure that you deliver solid insight at all times. In order to succeed in this role, you’d have a proven track record of working with SAP, an analytical mind, working efficiently in a team and managing senior partners at all levels, resulting in positive outcomes.

Support delivery of monthly management reporting processes (various reports, O&R, cash flow reporting and forecasting,) also prepare deck for the related COGS review meetings
Support the preparation and submission of the Annual Operating Plan and Strategic Plan
Ensure the completeness of profit center/market figures and continuously monitor the respective P&L accounts for any inconsistencies.
Create accurate forecasts based on identified trends in the actuals and information collected from the stakeholders
Support finance processes
Provide accurate, thorough and timely analysis as needs are identified and requested
Understand insight behind the reporting through market engagement and relationship, as well as market drivers
Build relationships with key markets to ensure accuracy in COGS reporting and act as support where required
About You
Degree in relevant finance / accounting/ business area
3-5 years’ experience in Finance / Financial Planning & Analysis / Financial Controlling
Good accounting knowledge
Strong Excel knowledge
Fluent English knowledge
