THE POSITION:
As the Store Manager, your purpose is to lead and inspire the team so they can be focused on creating an extraordinary environment and client experience. The Store Manager is essential in championing your team, investing in the team’s potential and growth, and translating the OTH culture into the store environment. You are the ultimate ambassador of OTH ethos, values and methodology. This position is best-suited for people who live, dress, and promote streetwear and sneaker culture.
REQUIREMENTS:
3-5 years of retail sales experience with management experience
Ability to speak French and English
Unmatched knowledge about our brands and products
Knowledge of and passion for streetwear / fashion and sneaker culture
Commitment to the OTH values of community, integrity, and client experience
Dress OTH style / fashion (non-negotiable)
Ability to champion your team and be invested in their growth and potential
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Guide the sales associates to style clients through their shopping journey
Recruit, retain, and develop team members
Willingness to lead and educate the team
Prioritize client needs and always deliver on the OTH experience that clients expect
Lead a positive and inclusive work environment
Maintain all visual aspects of the store (merchandising, cleanliness etc.)
Respond to directives related to sales, promotions, merchandising etc.
Monitor and replenish stock levels (work with HQ)
Protect the integrity of the store – including theft, standards and image
Ensure the OTH approach to customer service is upheld and demonstrated
Be informed on brand marketing initiatives and brand updates
Meet key performance indicators and stats to measure personal and store success
Willingness to work flexible hours based on the needs of the business (weekends, evenings, holidays)
COMPENSATION:
Starting at $30/hour, negotiable based on experience
