Job Details Description Description of Duties: The Production Support Coordinator provides administrative support to the Continuous Color Digital, Personalization, SVLS, PMA and Lettershop departments. Responsibilities also include: Track incoming jobs Compile job package – print and organize production paperwork; job tickets, tags, & flags Review production documents for accuracy Update and maintains various spreadsheets and reports Communicate with Account Executives or Content Development team to solve issues Preparing insert audits/customer samples, fold samples and post production samples, ensuring accuracy of trim, personalization, color, and quality of product sent out, including insertion orientation, folds and package components. Delivering required audits to Account Managers as well as expediting samples to required locations Tracking and logging data regarding sample requirements, on a daily basis Preparing personalization production documents, via PDF’s, delivering in a timely manner Act as backup for to Mail Processing Coordinator Perform weekly materials/ink consumption duties All other duties that may apply. Minimum Experience/Education Requirements: High school graduate or equivalent 1+ years of industry experience required (direct mail/print/bindery) Strong organization, attention to detail, analytical, clerical, communication and decision-making skills Ability to perform in a fast paced environment, meeting strict deadlines without compromising quality Ability to quickly adapt to changes in the workload and additional time commitments Computer skills including proficiency with the MS Office Suite required Lean manufacturing and/or quality control training preferred Previous participation on a safety team and/or other safety training a plus Ability to work Monday through Friday with flexibility to work additional hours as needed Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand, bend, and stoop for up to 8 hours Pre-employment drug screen and background check required.
