- Sourcing, evaluating, and closing candidates as per client requirements.
- Ability to prioritize multiple function and tasks and manage work time efficiently.
- Managing full-lifecycle of recruitment (full-. time/permanent, contract) and hiring processes, sourcing (direct, indirect), pre-screening, interviewing, reference checking, offer negotiations, and hiring documentation.
- Must have worked on permanent as well as contractual staffing.
- Utilize social media recruiting skills to market open positions, attract talent, and build online communities.
- Minimum 6 month recruiting experience is must.
