We have an excellent opportunity for Care Assistants to join our new Care Team to be based in;
* Rushden
* Irthlingborough
* Wellingborough
*We have opportunities of both full time and part time positions available. Working usual shift patterns of;*
* *Mornings 7am-3pm*
* *Evenings 4pm-10pm*
* *Alternative weekends*
* *(must have flexibility to work a minimum of at least x2 evening shifts per week)*
*Potential start date for this position would be January 2023.*
*As a Home Care Worker you’ll provide life-changing care and support that enables vulnerable adults of all ages to live fulfilling lives, within their own homes.*
*Job Description: *
* Helping service users overcome any mobility problems and other physical disabilities, including helping in the use of, and care of aids/adaptations and personal equipment.
* Domestic tasks such as making and changing beds, tidying rooms, light cleaning, laundry and emptying commodes
* Our home care assistants are responsible for assisting service users with personal care such as washing, bathing and toileting arrangements.
* Help with eating and drinking by preparing meals, snacks and drinks, assisting with feeding if required
* Support with preparing and administering medication.
* Contribute as needed to a person’s end-of-life care
*Requirements: *
* Have a right to work within the UK
* A driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential for this role.
* No previous experience is necessary but you will need to demonstrate real compassion, be an excellent communicator and problem solver, and be committed to delivering high-quality, respectful care
