The Foundation for Hispanic Education (TFHE) is seeking outstanding candidates for our non-profit organization and three (3) charter high schools. Successful candidates will be part of an educational system committed to its mission to identify, understand, and address Latino education achievement gap through innovation and collaboration. This posting will generate an eligibility pool of candidates for site-specific administrator vacancies that open for the 2023/24 school year. As positions become available Human Resources will reach out to eligible candidates. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: The primary responsibilities of this position are as follows: ? Varies depending on assignment MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: The school leader is expected to reflect the mission and organizational values of The Foundation for Hispanic Education which is focused on providing high-quality education to the students our schools serve. ? MA degree and Administrative credential ? 3+ years of administrative experience ? Bilingual (preferred) ? Strong communication skills in both English (and Spanish) ? Understanding of public charter management ? A mission-driven, innovative, collaborative, and disciplined thinker ? Ability to work effectively with stakeholders Compensation $70,000- $150,000 Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision, Short/long term disability, life insurance, and CalSTRS.
