The Global Franchise Support Coordinator supports Canadian (CAD) licensee operations and acts as a liaison between the Operating Groups, Corporate Headquarters and the Licensees. The Global Franchise Canada Licensee Support Coordinator is responsible for monitoring and resolving one-way issues between Franchisee/Licensee locations and Corporate locations in a timely manner. This position assists the Global Franchise Canada Licensee Support Supervisor in maintaining operational compliance with the CAD licensee locations and documenting issues that are escalated to the Global Franchising Team. This role works closely with IM Franchise Support to ensure licensee requests are completed.

This position will be based out Tulsa, OK but is a remote position. Travel may be required for training or department meetings. Working hours will be Monday through Friday with a flexible 8 hour work day between the hours of 7:00am-6:00pm.

Must live in one of the following US states: Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Kansas, Michigan, Missouri, Nevada, New Mexico, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Utah, Virginia, Texas or Illinois.

+ Monitor and resolve one-way issues between Licensee and Corporate locations

+ With guidance and direction from the Global Franchise Support Supervisor, communicate information and concerns related to compliance and customer service issues to the Licensee locations

+ Be the liaison between IM Franchisee Support and the Licensee locations for submitted requests

+ Assist the Global Franchise Canada Licensee Support Supervisor with various initiatives and projects

+ research and investigate reservation, rental and contract issues

+ Track and maintain records for customer service and compliance issues

+ Assist with keying pre-cuts and the auditing pre-cut process

+ Attend conference calls with dedicated Groups, Directors and Licensee locations to gather and provide information as related to the daily operations.

+ High School Diploma preferred

+ Must have 1 year of customer service experience

+ Must have 1 year of Business to business customer service/sales experience

+ Must have 1 years prior Business to Business sales or customer account development experience

+ Bilingual in French is preferred

+ Apart from religious observations, must be able to work Monday-Friday 40 hours/ work week

+ Must be willing to accept starting pay of $15.50/hour.

+ Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.

+ For flexible or work from home positions, reliable high speed Internet connection and dedicated work space are required.
