The Financial Assistance Caseworker is responsible for:

* Assessing patients social and financial situation
* Identifying patients who may be eligible for financial and social assistance
* Serving as a liaison between the patient, the family and public agencies
* Documenting the assessment and approvals
* Performing other duties as assigned

* Required - High School or Equivalent
* Or Bachelor's Degree


* 5 years Social Work or Public Assistance with a High School Diploma
* OR 1 year Social Work or Public Assistance with a Bachelor's Degree
