Serves as an Assistant to the Vice President for Patient Care Services and Chief Nursing Officer and Patient Care Services Directors. Supervises other office clerical staff as indicated. Must be pleasant and enthusiastic while greeting and assisting visitors to the Patient Care Services administrative offices.

Work Location: Washington D.C.

Full time - Days

8am - 5:30pm

Minimum Requirements/ experience:

* Bachelor's degree preferred
* Graduate of secretarial school or any equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
* Working knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
* Two years office/secretarial experience, preferably hospital related work.
