Summary

The Administrator, Child Information Management (CIM) position will be responsible for working closely with Country Offices, Save the Children Members, Save the Children International, and SCUS teams (Retention, SEC, etc.) to advise on sponsorship and child data needs. You will lead stewardship of the child data, as well as perform required analytical/insights tasks as needed in support of the groups mentioned. You will coordinate the operational, analytical, and strategic needs of child information and will also assist on executing that strategy.

What You'll Be Doing (Essential Duties)

* Principle Responsibilities 85%
* Coordinate the quality review and tracking of all child information and child photos for children enrolled in Save the Children's Global Sponsorship programs.
* Conduct quality review for Country Offices and identify ways to increase operational efficiencies to improve child data quality issues.
* Coordinate work on Member Portal, including child information questions, member sponsorship assignments and terminations, and sponsorship transfers.
* Collaborate with CIM staff on all Greatest Needs decisions directly affecting sponsorship assignments.
* Monitor child availability on a daily basis and escalate any issues within the CIM team for action.
* Monitor, track, and report on all Child Death reports.
* Partner with Country Offices to ensure that quality data is being entered in ASISt.
* Process upstreams in BBCRM, including Annual Family Update upstreams and cyclical monthly upstreams.


* Other Responsibilities: 15%
* Support troubleshooting efforts for Child Information Management process and data issues.
* Be an advocate for child data and sponsorship processes.



Required Qualifications

* Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent, plus at least 1 year of relevant experience or education
* Demonstrated knowledge in child data management, including child safeguarding needs
* Proven experience in operational support
* Demonstrated knowledge and/or experience in creating and messaging out metrics and reports
* Demonstrated successful ability to manage multiple deadlines with potentially competing priorities.
* Professional proficiency in MS Office suite
* Professional proficiency in spoken and written English
* Demonstrated ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with individuals and teams at all levels, both internally and externally
* Demonstrated commitment to fostering and maintaining and environment of diversity, inclusion, and belonging.

Compensation

Save the Children is offering the following salary ranges for this position, dependent on candidate location:

* Geo 1 - NY Metro, DC, and other locations with labor costs significantly above national average: Target Salary for this position is $45,900 $51,300 base salary
* Geo 2 - Locations around the US National Labor Cost Average: Target Salary for this position is $41,650 $46,550 base salary
* Geo 3 - Locations significantly below the US National Labor Cost Average: Target Salary for this position is $37,400 $41,800 base salary

Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, base salary of internal peers, business sector, and geographic location. This position will be funded through the end of 2024.
