About the Job
Independently performs the functions of a registered nurse in the Cardiology Clinic. Utilizes the nursing process in the delivery of developmentally appropriate care. Also works in collaboration with other health care professionals to provide a comprehensive plan of care to meet the patient/family needs.
Highlighted Responsibilities
* Nurse Triage
* Responsible for Attending/Fellow/RN visits in the clinic
* Synagis and Flu Injections
* Assessment skills
* Medication reconciliation and refills
* Pre op and Post op surgical appointments
* Admissions to the Inpatient or ICU units
* Joint Commission survey readiness

Shift/Location: Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Dallas, TX
Qualifications
Required: Two years' pediatric RN experience
Preferred: Cardiac nursing experience
Education: BSN
License: TX RN License
Certification: BLS
