Tesla sets the bar for what a trustworthy & resilient charging network can be. The Supercharger Operations team ensures that Tesla continues to deliver the best possible charging customer experience through proactive engagement and growth of the global charging network.

The Deployment Operations Project Manager supports the North America Supercharger Operations team in Palo Alto, CA. The ideal candidate has a passion for problem solving, process architecture and product optimization to increase team efficiency and data accuracy. This dynamic project management role will support the charging team's North America short and long-term planning and network growth through continuous improvement of internal tools & systems.

* Act as primary a North America business representative with Global tools and product teams
* Develop and maintain rolling 12-month business roadmap based on tools & systems needs from North America leaders
* Continuously collect, analyze and communicate feedback on product, system and process improvements with internal stakeholders for optimization
* Lead new product, feature and process launches for North America
* Coordinate with the training team to develop materials to maximize tool & feature adoption
* Drive new initiatives and strategize scalable solutions
* Partner with global deployment teams on alignment and new ideas
* Previous experience in product management, feature launches and process architecture
* People management experience with both direct report and matrix management
* Excellent communication skills with ability to discuss technical topics with a range of audiences
* Enjoys and excels coordinating in fast-paced environments and teams
* Ability to manage multiple projects with an eye for efficiency and priority
* Highly energetic personality, with a flexible attitude towards critical tasks
* Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, Visio, Jira
