Description

Objective

This position will lead teams and execute projects to improve critical business processes that drive improvements in customer loyalty, employee satisfaction, market share, and financial results. Will be responsible for driving continuous process improvement and working with other team members via a 6 Sigma, LEAN, 5S and other tools as necessary to deliver results. This position will scope complex projects, develop project plans and business cases.

Responsibilities

* Assumes leadership role on projects of moderate to high complexity and size with limited supervision
* Able to work on complex tasks, lead teams, and manage multiple projects to completion
* Lead and execute multiple projects by completing and managing project scope, updating project documentation, determining daily priorities, ensuring efficient and on-time delivery of project tasks and milestones, following proper escalation paths, and managing customer relationships
* Collect and analyze process data to initiate, develop and recommend business practices and procedures that focus on enhanced safety, increased productivity, reduce cycle times, reduced cost, and increase profit
* Identify appropriate metrics to measure project results, track and report metrics, and take corrective project action to improve on results
* Ensure projects are integrated with other business activities, improvement projects, and business strategy

Qualifications

Required:

* Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or Operations Management or equivalent years of experience
* 3 or more years of professional experience
* Ability to travel to different branch locations, daily. Some overnight travel required (up to 25%)

Preferred:

* Supervisory experience
* Lean 6 Sigma or similar Certification and/or Qualifications
