The Role Blacklion Pet Hospital (Greystones, Co Wicklow) have a position available for an enthusiastic colleague willing to help our practice grow in the coming decade. We offer a varied caseload, and no two days are the same. We are rebuilding our practice with a fully equipped iM3 dental suite (provision for CT) being installed. If you have or are studying for a further qualification in dentistry and willing to take on a referral caseload we would be especially interested. Our ethos is based on preventative healthcare, high standards of care, great customer service and client continuity. We want to make sure that you have time to follow up on cases and spend more time with your patients, so we run 15-minute consultations. There will be an equal share of consulting and operating. Rota: Full time (4-4.5 day week, 1 Saturday morning in 4) or part-time options available. No OOH, last appointment 5.30pm.  Very attractive remuneration package including bonus scheme. About Us One of the longest established veterinary practices in Ireland, we are a VCI accredited Veterinary Hospital as well as a training hospital with a loyal client base that allows for case continuity. We are rebuilding our practice (it’ll be beautiful!) with a fully equipped iM3 dental suite (provision for CT) being installed. Our facilities include, but are not limited to, a dedicated surgical suite, in-house labs, digital radiography, dopler, and ultrasound. Applicant Requirements We are looking for a VCI registered Veterinary Surgeon with excellent communication skills, who is friendly and keen to further develop their skills. High standards of client and patient care are essential, as well as the ability to work well within the team.
