The candidate for this position will be a diligent sales executive that will act as an intermediary between sellers and buyers. Responsibilities include marketing listings and providing guidance to buyers and sellers. You do not need to come from the real estate industry. Most importantly you must be willing and able.
- Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing properties
- Intermediate negotiation processes
- Display and market real properties to possible buyers
- Maintain and update listings of available properties
- Work with vendors to ensure all listed properties are prepared to client expectation
- Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
- Working with the sales team to ensure that best matches on client/property opportunities are highlighted
- Be able to coordinate with clients efficiently and follow up by proactively managing pipeline
- The ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Good English: written, verbal and listening skills
- Computer and admin skills
- Work well within a team and also independently
