To execute Promotional, Service and Regulatory campaigns for the bank across Digital, Branch, Virtual& Sales channels.
ETL experience ( i.e- Extraction/ Transformation and Leveraging)
- Execution of campaigns for all products across digital & branch channels viz; Email, SMS, Net, ATM, OCC, CRM, BEU channels, first time right-Using RDBMS (SQL/Oracle/Aginity/No SQL db) query and ETL tools to extract data from Datawarehouse and other data sources of the bank.
Best in class Omni Channel Campaign application for deploying the campaigns. Quality checking of the logic, data & communication done meticulously thereby ensuring the campaign is rolled FTR
- Strong Quality Check process to ensure no errors in campaign deployment. - To ensure that 50+ team are trained and aware of the campaign process laid and gets stringently followed by the team and there is no deviation in the process
Ensure the Quality Check process is constantly reviewed and reiterated to the team regularly
- Minimum experience of 12 years
- Understanding of campaigns tools, and has experience on either Unica / Adobe / Resulticks or similar such platform and on ETL tools
- Implementation of new campaign tools
- Handled team of 50+ members
- Exposure to banking preferable
Campaigns tools - Adobe campaigns, Unica, Resulticks, Salesforce, Clever Tap Skills - ETL/Oracle/SQL/Python skills, Exposure to API development Experience in Campaign Management domain (Push and Pull channels) Systems integration experience in campaigns domain
