Supporting Experience on Cisco UCCE / UCCX IVR applIcation and environment.
Should have good knowledge on Java and Web Application deployment
• Should be able to troubleshoot the production issues
• Have clear understanding on application deployment and models
• Should be having 3-5 years of experience on Cisco technologies (UCCE/UCCX)
• Should have strong verbal & written communication skills
• Work & Coordinate with customer and stake holders to assist in Problem resolution in
• Good skills on creation of technical product documentation,
• Performs Root Cause Analysis & Track and update key performance metrics
• Act as a point of contact for all service delivery issues/ pending work/ escalations
• Provide team support and process improvements through individual contributions
• Maintain and Update Knowledge Base and documentation & Initiate and implement processes improvements.
• Perform change management in accordance with change management procedures
• Handles escalations & participate in regular operational meetings & Knowledge on SLAs
• Excellent communication and conversation skills (Verbal and Written), Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to learn new technologies. That knowledge and skills that ensure enhanced productivity.
• Good knowledge of Voice XML (VXML) Architecture and VXML elements.
• Good Knowledge in Databases like SQL Server 2005, SQL Server 2008.
• Good knowledge of Repository Tools like CVS, , and SVN.
