Job Description:

1. Should closely work with Cyber Security team to understand the requirement
2. Designing the solution based on the client requirement and conduct technical Analysis on the ServiceNow applications and modules
3. Create Design documentation, ServiceNow code and configuration documentation
4. SOAR Installation and configure SOAR platform
5. Integrate with other security solutions and Coordinate with ServiceNow developer for custom integration
6. Work closely with ServiceNow functional team to build requested items and tasks using workflows
7. Perform Platform related upgradation and backup configurations
8. User provisioning and De-provisioning
9. Troubleshooting playbooks in case of error state/any access related issues
10. Work with Admin support to resolve support issues within ServiceNow and work on SLA and Uptime reports with stakeholders
11. Build custom reports and dashboards
12. Health Monitoring

Preferred Qualification:

1. Previous ServiceNow implementation experience.
2. ServiceNow Certified Administrator
3. Must be technically sound and able to design and build applications that meet business goals and objectives
4. Familiar with Service Oriented architecture and web services integration
