- Sales Officer would be required to drive sales and distribution for the company products and manage his allocated territory and the customer. You would be responsible for finding and winning new customers, as well as looking after existing customer accounts.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in General Trade, Channel Sales experience, ROI calculations and distributor handling (Agarbathi Field is plus).
- Achieve sales targets through personal selling (visiting market) and driving RS system.
- Monitor closely the competitive activities and provide feedback to the branch on appropriate action that the company needs to take to counter such activities.
- Capable to handle Nagpur Area.
Your day-to-day tasks are likely to include:
- Keeping in contact with existing customers in person and by phone
- Making appointments with and meeting new customers
- Agreeing sales, prices, contracts and payments terms
- Meeting sales targets
- Promoting new products and any special deals
- Advising customers about delivery schedules and after-sales service
- Recording orders and sending details to the sales office
- Giving feedback on sales trends
- Experience and understanding of Sales channels
- Strong communication and Negotiation Skills
