Essential Responsibilities

  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical support requests created by our customers
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for escalations, working closely with our product and engineering teams to respond to and resolve customer-impacting incidents
  • Building internal documentation that provides your team with the resources they need to perform in their role and external documentation that allows our customers to self-serve
  • Onboarding and training newly hired individual contributors, setting them up for success, and enabling them to confidently engage and respond to our customers
  • Engaging customers and responding to technical questions received from the Customer Support team.
  • Growth mindset, with an unrelenting focus on continuously improving your knowledge and skill set


  • 2 to 6 years of experience in production support
  • Support experience with applications based on Java
  • Rich experience in Relational and no SQL DB
  • Experience in Support and monitoring tools.
  • Good to have React JS/Angular JS/ HTML/Javascript

Knowledge & Skills

  • B.E. / M.Sc / MCA in Computer Science or a related technical field
  • Strong and Analytical debugging skill
  • Good knowledge in Azure / AWS / Google cloud


  • Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively with a high degree of autonomy in a remote work environment
  • Must posses good logical & critical thinking skill
  • Excellent Multitasking skills and communication skills
