Roles and Responsibilities
· Actively managing a Key Accounts portfolio
· Identifying and cultivating new clients to meet monthly sales objectives
· To maximize share of wallet, provide high levels of customer satisfaction as well as up-sell and cross-sell possibilities within existing consumers.
· Pre-sales and post-sales follow-up coordination
· Weekly and monthly KPIs are being met and exceeded.
· Analysis of Key Accounts
Market trends are being tracked, and frequent competitor input is being provide.
Good to have Skills:
· Business Acumen: Proficient at uncovering key business issues and providing insightful, actionable recommendations for improvement.
· Change Management: Evidence of successful past experience helping others manage change in their organizations
· A strong aptitude for problem-solving, negotiation, and mediation skills
· Strong communication skills and ability to perform effectively in a demanding environment
Awareness on Environmental, Health and Safety, Energy, Information Security, Quality, Service Management, Business continuity and other management systems of the organization
