Job Profile – Product Support Engineer

Experience Required – 0 -12 Years Experience

Education Qualification - B.E. / B. Tech / M.Sc / MCA / B.Sc / BCS / BCA

For Freshers - Minimum 70 %+ in S.S.C, H.S.C & Graduation

Work Location – Nagpur

Shift Schedule -- India Night Shift ( US Time Zone ) – Supporting USA customers

Skills Required

  • Willing to work as a Product Technical support Engineer
  • Working knowledge of Unix or Linux
  • Hands on Java, J2EE and Oracle
  • Experience in Web Services, Microservices and API
  • Strong analytics, problem-solving skills and debugging skills
  • Experience with Database administration skills and an understand of SQL, Oracle, DB2 etc.
  • Experience with containerization/orchestration technologies including Docker, Kubernetes, Vault
  • Knowledge in application server configuration, directory services (LDAP, DA), security protocols (SSL, TLS)
  • Understanding of WebLogic or WebSphere or Apache Tomcat or JBOSS etc.
  • Experience with Java Development including RESTful APIs
  • Experience with Web Development (including JQuery, Dynamic HTML and CSS)

Product experience in HCL Unica, HCL Commerce, WebSphere Portal & Web Content Management, Urban code, Clear case, Clear Quest, HCL Modelling and Construction, HCL One Test
