Job Description

Drive the culture of providing assurance to business stakeholders on performance of core People processes & systems data protection governance and risk culture. Ensuring key controls and risk framework are embedded across all processes. Engage with External & Internal auditors to understand the assurance plan and ensure closure of audit next steps.

Following our Business Code of Conduct and always acting with integrity and due diligence
  • Developing and leading a high performing team giving them the opportunities to be their best
  • Develop and implement standardised Audit Methodologies for Legacy & W&P and effectively manage second line of defence for People Services
  • Drive manage and lead process audits compliance audits SOD reviews & key people control testing. Report deviations to business and recommend best practices in process and control design.
  • Manage & support development implementation and continuous improvement of Risk & Control Framework and consult Global process owners in case of any changes
  • Support External Internal & KFC Audit requirements for People Function. Support and prepare operations teams to be audit ready and manage status on audit next steps
  • Owning and supporting development of end to end controls framework for new processes in Joiners Movers & Leavers and payroll modules
  • Engaging with business stakeholders to understand plans on various projects and future assurance plans
  • Driving root cause governance for People Services. Collaborate with Operations in driving the culture creating awareness measuring the pulse on Root cause governance
  • Driving Risk Governance culture for Legacy & W&P. Collaborate with Operations in driving the culture creating awareness measuring the pulse on Risk Culture
  • Effective succession planning
  • Reviewing and Controlling the overall effectiveness of all people related activities in the department like Hiring Performance Appraisal’s Talent Management Rewards and Recognition and Salary increments. - people management

Qualifications

Operational skills relevant for this job:
  • Excellent Stakeholder Management skills - Strong working experience and knowledge of Audits, Risks and Controls in a HR environment - Decision making & problem solving - Provide guidance on audit methodology and standards - Data interrogation skills at an expert proficiency level - Advanced Analytical ability - People Policies and Processes KPIs, SLAs, - Analysis and Judgement - Improve team performance and productivity - Audit Delivery & Audit Engagement/Management

Experience relevant for this job:
  • Wide knowledge and experience in Audit Engagement planning, Process Audits, controls & risk in a large, complex organizations
  • Audit concepts & principles awareness & implementations
  • Understand IT controls, Access Controls COSO, SOX Audit
