Registered Nurse, Pediatrics/Med Surg Adult - 24 Hours, Rotating Evenings/Nights
Job Description:
Under the mission to provide all patients a voice while delivering community hospital compassion with high-quality personalized care, as a Registered Nurse for our Pediatrics/Med Surg Adult A4 Team, you will be responsible for the following:
* Complete assessments, administer medications/treatments, observes patients progress and evaluates therapies for clinical outcomes and effectiveness
* Collaborate with physicians and other medical professionals to develop an optimal health care strategy plan for each patient
* Support and educate patients and their loves ones to achieve maximum outcomes
Qualifications:
* Bachelors Degree in Nursing (BSN) or obtain BSN within 5 years of hire
* Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
* Work experience in unit specific specialty preferred
Schedule: Two 12 hour shifts including every weekend and holiday rotation
