Your Opportunity: Taylor Promotional Products, previously known as Amsterdam Printing, is looking for an enthusiastic Bi-Lingual Customer Service Representative with a passion for building strong, trusting relationships to join our team! In this role, you will interact with and service the needs of our customers.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound calls, chats and emails
  • Place outbound calls to existing customers
  • Assist customers with accurate placement of orders
  • Inform customers of special deals and promotions
  • Provide product information and pricing
  • Research and resolve customer issues to ensure customer retention and satisfaction
  • Assist with refunds or exchanges when appropriate
  • Engage appropriate resources to assist or resolve service issues when needed
  • Document customer interaction according to guidelines
  • Navigation and promotion of our various websites
  • Identify and share trends in customer experience
  • Work independently and within a team to provide a positive customer experience

Your Shift:

  • Mon-Fri from 9:30a – 6p; some Saturday’s and overtime scheduled during peak season
  • This position will be a hybrid role with 2-3 days onsite each month and the rest of the time spent working from home

You Must Have:

  • High School Diploma and 1-2 years of experience
  • Fluency in Spanish – ability to write and speak Spanish
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks efficiently, type 30 WPM, and use Windows-based computer programs
  • Positive upbeat attitude, efficient, self-starter and problem-solver
  • Experience supporting customer via email and chat methods
