We are part of a top performing recruitment division in the ADvTECH Group, a JSE listed company. The position, although technically, an outsourced function, is really more of a sales role, as you would spend a majority of your time developing business (i.e. calling financial managers and financial directors to determine those looking to recruit), in addition to sourcing for, and networking with, top finance candidates in the market (using a variety of skilled sourcing methods).
Network Recruitment offers extensive training, and coaching, and in return we ask for commitment and determination in working towards becoming confident and successful in the position.
Individuals successful in this position, are those who are able to talk to a lot of professionals on a daily basis, sometimes facing rejection, but ultimately focused on networking with as many people to build a sizable portfolio of clients on a monthly basis, and a network of skilled finance professionals in South Africa. The people who do this well, earn handsomely.

Relevant degree (human resource or business management etc)
Minimum two years recruitment or sales experience
