  • Provide support to the senior Operations team as required.
  • Work closely with the Financial Functions to assist with managing Operations budgets.
  • Monitor and refine invoicing processes to support the Operations Team. Process leasing and consulting invoices and be across the payment processing function for the Operations group.
  • Monthly reporting on data management, process office statistics, security audits and quality assurance auditing.
  • Assist with insurance queries, including the travel insurance claim process.
  • Be familiar with the global travel booking portal and assist with general travel queries.
  • Maintain the agreement register for all leases and other Operations agreements.
  • Maintain and update Operations internal website.
  • Assist with Inductions for new starters, outlining the role of the Operations team.
  • Workplace/Facilities

  • Work with the Corporate Services Supervisor.
  • Assist with Contractor Induction and engagement processes.
  • Establish and maintain key relationships with preferred. suppliers and other third parties.
  • Assist with desk allocations for new starters and Graduate/Seasonal clerk rotations.
  • Oversee the management of the Space Management software and workspace usage reporting.
  • Assist in providing facility and maintenance requests.
  • Assist with National Office Security Access Reports.
  • Assist and undertake projects as required from time to time.
  • What we're looking for -
    Our ideal candidate would have:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, ideally in a professional services environment supporting multiple people.
  • Technical proficiency in Microsoft Outlook & Teams, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Sound knowledge of Financial Reporting.
  • Outstanding administrative and organisational skills.
  • Excellent customer service and client relationship skills.
  • ls with sensitive information in an appropriate manner.
