Occupational Therapist opportunity to join a large and well established company of over 10 years with a director having 25 years experience!

Job Description Join an established company of 10 years, founded in 2013 by an  Occupational Therapist carrying 25 years of experience!
The director has built her success by cultivating a comfortable therapy space for both clients and staff. 
The company has been expanding across Australia, with multiple locations and Nearly 140 staff across the locations - this is a remarkable opportunity to join a large community of Allied Health professionals and social workers! 
Full-time and part-time options available. Locations are available across Perth, please give me a call to discuss which clinic is closest to you! 
The Role
  • A large multidisciplinary team of occupational therapists, psychologists, physios, speech pathologists and social workers etc. 
  • Managerial opportunities - option to progress to this level or if you are already a senior OT, you have the option to start at this level! 
  • Across the lifespan caseloads - tailor your caseload to your passions, interests and strengths, NDIS clients and non-NDIS clients also 
  • Billable hours of 5.5 however, this is very flexible and can be negotiated depending on your experience and needs 
  • Clinic and out-of-clinic work and travel is an option but it is not compulsory
  • You have the option to travel - you choose how much you travel as well with the option to fly in/out drive in/out

How you will be supported 
  • Structured new grad program available 
  • Weekly/fortnightly catch-ups with a Senior Occupational Therapist 
  • Monthly whole team meetings 
  • Individualised and tailored support system

  • Earn up to $70,000 - $120,000 + Super + Bonuses

  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
