The Opportunity

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a CRM & Direct Marketing Manager to join our team at  Sydney Head office on Castlereagh Street in the CBD. 

Reporting to the National Conversion Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for planning, and building multi-channel marketing automation to increase conversion, engage, retain and reactivate our customers, improving customer experience across the customer lifecycle.

Some of the responsibilities include: 

  • Develop, enhance and execute an integrated direct marketing program for several customer groups in our B2B business that improves CX and conversion driving improved customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with the conversion, CRM, web and business teams to enrich customer data, increase data capture and create data capture points to enable automation, analytics and predictive programs.
  • Manage and maintain a framework and best-practice guideline for decentralised deployment of adhoc direct marketing activity.
  • In support of BAU activity, campaigns or other identified opportunities, deliver central and triggered/automated database marketing communication across multiple direct channels.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders. 
  • Experience & Skills:

  • Previous experience in B2B CRM and direct marketing. 
  • Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud experience is essential. 
  • Excellent communication skills with an ability to work in a complex business environment with multiple stakeholders group (internal and external) 
  • Solid experience using CRM and ESP to drive automation
  • Understanding of the property industry and key customer groups.
  • Australian driving license
  • Appropriate tertiary qualifications.
