We are looking to hire a highly motivated, client-focused IT Engineer with the desire to develop and grow their skill set to assist clients with system and application support.
The successful applicant must display a strong client focused approach to all day-to-day tasks and responsibilities.
Key duties (may include but are not limited to): Resolve critical or high level IT support requests and problems Handle escalated IT help requests/queries Install/Upgrade Network Infrastructure (servers, switches, wireless etc) Install and support key business applications Application support for Document Management and Document Automation systems.

Technical Skills / Knowledge: Outstanding technical troubleshooting skills and attention to detail Experience supporting server operating systems such as Microsoft Windows Server 2016, 2019. Experience supporting Microsoft desktop operating systems in an Azure or On-Premises Active Directory environment. Experience with Active Directory and Group Policy. Understanding of Network Fundamentals, including DHCP, DNS, VLANS, Switching, Wi-Fi (Cisco CCNA or equivalent experience highly desirable) Understanding of MS-SQL Fundamentals Experience working within a virtual environment. Broad range of third-party application support experience. Applications supported include – iManage Document Management Suite, K2 (Nintex) Workflow Suite, ActiveDocs Document Automation Suite.
Experience: At least 5 years experience within the IT industry Knowledge of the key listed applications Knowledge of MS-SQL, building complex queries, understand underlying data structures.
