This role will assist in recruiting, planning, analyzing, condensing, and communicating research insights. Our team focuses on understanding and advocating for the needs of T-Mobile Frontline employees, supporting the teams that provide their tools and training materials.


  • Recruit participants for the studies
  • Organize and schedule the different sessions

  • Take notes during the sessions

  • Condense and summarize the information gathered

    Mostly recruiting participants from Retail and Care, organizing the sessions and supporting the Researchers conducting the testing to inform future state for the tools used in Retail Stores and Experience Centers.


  • Familiarity with most common scheduling and communication tools (Outlook, Slack, Webex, Sharepoint, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

  • Great communication skills (active listening, creating a comfortable environment for participants, and persuasion)

  • Relocation, including summer housing, may be available for qualified candidates.

    Employer does not sponsor work visas for this position. Note that this also applies to individuals who are students in F-1 status who desire sponsorship after they complete their education. 

    T-Mobile requires all employees in this position to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19, unless precluded from doing so by applicable law. The CDC currently defines "fully vaccinated" as two weeks after the second dose for Pfizer and Moderna, and two weeks after the single dose of Johnson & Johnson.     Intern wages range from $20/hour to $40/hour. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on experience/location.
