  • Assist in the development of tooling and fixture optimization
  • Implement safety equipment for various assembly departments
  • Conduct time studies and make recommendations for capacity improvements
  • Update work instructions for assembly processes as needed
  • Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Indusctrial, or Manufacturing Engineering
  • Mechanical aptitude
  • Previous mechanical experience
  • Robotics experience a plus
