JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Global Fund Banking Portfolio Management Analyst is responsible for the timely and accurate processing of all client loan funding and payment requests, including reviewing requests for borrowings and approving disbursement of bank funds. The Analyst will work closely with loan operations to ensure timely processing, will be responsible for diagnosing and ensuring adequate resolution of any issues that arise in the funding process. Responsibility for cross-referencing and ticking and tying compliance spreadsheet to advance requests to ensure compliance was received. Analyst will also be asked to complete ad-hoc projects, including managing a pipeline of deals and communicate with 3rd parties.
The role also provides an entry level opportunity where the candidate will have broad perspective across the division along with regular interaction across all the Fund Banking sales teams, Fund Banking operations, as well as multiple groups throughout SVB.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Manage deal pipeline of participated loans and communicate with operations and 3rd parties to ensure fundings are received on time.
Assist inbusiness-relatedresearch requests, including quarterly projects and other one-off projects / data gathering efforts for the business.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
An ability to escalate issues and follow-up appropriately.
The candidate will possess strong organization and analytical skills in addition to the ability to work independently
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree preferred.(Prior SVB experience is a plus)
One year of office professional experience
BASE PAY:
$46,474.00 - $87,138.00
Actual starting base pay will be determined on skills, experience, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. Total compensation may also include variable incentives, bonuses, benefits, and/or other perks, as outlined in any formal offer made.
