Qualifications:
• Any Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum 3 years of B2B lead generation / data research experience, preferably IT products and services
• Proven experience in building and maintaining high-quality prospect / client lists
• Managed email campaign execution - both cold emails and drip campaigns
• Extensive use of various work email finder/verifier tools is required.
• Should have good communication and analytical skills
• Hands-on experience using CRM tools, data scraping tools, and email campaign software
• Proficiency in using Ms Excel and other Microsoft products
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Responsible for lead generation through email marketing and other online channels
• Build and maintain accurate customer/prospect databases by profiling and capturing relevant customer/prospect information.
• Conducting research to identify right hierarchy for effective prospecting.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales and leadership teams to plan and launch lead generation campaigns
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
• Evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data for the digital space.
